We accept returns. Customers are entitled to apply for a return within 3-5 business days after receiving the product. To return your product, please contact our customer service at xinrui.sales@outlook.com
Product returns are also entirely subject to the product warranty. We do not accept random returns of products unless there is a quality issue that we cannot resolve. If you return products randomly, we will not provide any refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchases to the manufacturer.

If we feel that the issue needs to be investigated by our technology team, we will notify you of the return and provide you with a replacement product. You can email us and we will provide you with the return shipping address for our warehouse based on your location.
